Richard :

So, tell me why should we hire you.

Joni :

You should hire me because i work hard, i learned fast and i'm capable of adjusting to any work situation.

Maya : 

Tinanggap mo na sweetheart?

Richard :

Joni has all the qualifications that i need and besides, tested na yung skills and perseverance nya eh nung nag-OJT sya sa LAS.

Luke :

Dad, pinapatawad nyo daw po ako?

Richard :

Yes son.  Am, i just wanted to inform you that starting next week, Joni will be working part-time na sa institute.  I'm just hoping that whatever happened between you and her before, will not affect work.  Can i count on that son? 

Luke :

Okay po dad.  Promise, hindi po makaka-apekto yun sa trabaho.

Richard :

Thank you.

Luke :

Sige po dad.

Richard :

...Luke knows this is part of my plan, to stengthen the workforce...malaking maitutulong nila ni Joni, they have fresh ideas...they can monitor the progress of the training and post in on social media.  Remember what Chris said, na pwedeng magkulang tayo sa target this year pero pagnaprove ng mga natuloy na students na magaling ang institute, pwede magkaroon ng word of mouth and ma-engganyo yung iba.

Celeste :

Please come back to LAS.  nahihirapan akong imanage ang company. Some people, they want me to step down.

Richard :

But i'm already managing this institute.

Celeste :

You can be our consultant, if you want.  I know, medyo nahihirapan din tong LAI, so let's help each other. You can be our consultant, come back and kapag naging okay na ulit yung kompanya, 

i promise you, we will do everything that we can 

to support this institute.

Richard :

Don't you think its a little bit late for that?

Celeste :

Look, i know i've done so many bad decisions in the past.  

I regret it. Ano pa bang gusto mong makita? 

Na tuluyuan ng bumagsak ang LAS?  Is that what you want?

Richard :

Of course not. and I don't like hearing this from you either.  Alam kong maliit lang ang tingin nyo sa LAI as of now, but all of us who are involved in this institute, kasama na pamilya ko, we're doing our best to make this succeed. Kahit na affected ang LAI sa pagkasira ng pangalan ko when you fired me as CEO of LAS.

Celeste :

Richard, just please forgive us.  I'm so sorry. 

Richard :

I already have it Celeste, matagal na. 

I don't want to hold grudges dahil mas lalo akong mahirapang bumangon. 

But im frustrated to see you like this. 

You are the newest CEO of LAS, 

prove to me that you're worth it to take my palce.

Celeste :

eh di ba mas huli silang nagstart kesa sa atin?

Luke :

Short-term courses lang kasi yung tinake nila Abby, yung gagraduate.  Tsaka maliit na ceremony lang yun.

Nikki :

Eh diba kuya, pwede namang wala ng ceremony?

Luke :

...alam nyo sila kasi ang 1st students ng LAI, 

special sila kaya pinili ni dad na magkaroon ng ceremony...

...simply put 4 forces push and pull, an airplane fly.

Mr. Richard Lim :

Wings produce an upward force called lift.  The opposite of which is gravity which pulls an airplane down.  A force called drag caused by air resistance slows down an airplane.  Now to fight drag, an airplane uses a propeller, or a jet engine.  To produce a forward force called thrust that is how an airplane flies.  And that too was how Lim Aviation Institute took off. It is not mused

that this institute had a rough start.  When i started this project, i was the CEO of an Aviation Company which had a distinction of being the Aviation Company of the Year however on the very same year that we received that distinction, the company was involved in a controversy.  At that point, continuing a project such as this institute seem unwise.  That scandal was like gravity. It pulled me

downward and to be honest, i was on the verge of giving up on LAI that is until my colleagues, my contemporaries on this industry, and my family became my wings and provided the force to lift this 

institute up. Still, it was no easy flight.  As expected, the issue still dragged and pull us down. At first, no one was interested to enroll in our institute until you, chose to trust and take the risk. You

propelled Lim Aviation Institute to go forward and trusted it to where we are now.  An institute with a steady growing number 

of enrollees. An institute, with a proud first set of graduates who are now ready to soar high in the sky and for that, i am deeply graetful.  Congratulations and thank you graduates.

Yes, Niks.  Kung tinamaan ng kidlat yung elevator at nasira ito, ang tendency nun is mag-malfunction at ma-stuck 

yung stabilizer that's why hindi na-control ng piloto 

yung balance ng eroplano...

Pabagsak na ang LAS......its because of the management....

sa management ko.  We made a wrong decision na hindi tayo magtiwala kay Richard.  And now it back-fired on us.  

Hindi lang si Richard ang nawala sa atin, we lost all the best man that took LAS to where it was before I took over.

Charles :

It's not just your fault Celeste, I persuaded to side with us.
